Welcome to the library! My name is Heather Karas and I am the Educational Computer Specialist at St. Mary's School for the Deaf. In the library, students will participate in a variety of library experiences, such as checking out books, learning the parts of a book, conducting research using texts, databases, and websites, completing Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math (STEAM) activities that relate texts, and working on projects that encourage students to use creativity and apply skills that they have learned.
