All Students, Faculty and Staff must complete and submit a testing consent form whether they are at school in-person or learning remotely.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

ALL faculty, students & staff are still required to submit their Health Screening Questionnaires daily before coming to school.  PLEASE do not come to school or send your child to school sick, even if selected for testing – stay home, we can reschedule.
