Sarah Renswick
I have been working at St. Mary’s School for the Deaf for four years. During my time here, I have taught various Elementary Classes including Second Grade, Elementary Therapeutic Program and Early Childhood Special Needs Achievement Program (EC SNAP). The 2018 – 2019 school year will be my first year teaching Art classes and I am beyond grateful and excited for this opportunity. As an Artist, I favor mediums such as charcoal, pastel and pencil. As a teacher, it is my goal to be sure the students are exposed to all mediums and hope that they too will be able to find a medium or subject matter that they prefer above all else.

Exciting News!
St. Mary's School for the Deaf is excited to announce that we will be hosting Artist in Residence Nancy Rourke this upcoming October. She will be visiting our school for two weeks, working closely with our students to develop individualized artwork that will form a permanent collection in the school. She will also be working with our students to create a large-scale mural in the school. Welcome to Buffalo, Nancy!
