Early Intervention / Deaf Infant Program / (EARS) Educational & Auditory Resources for Sound (Birth-2yrs)

or

• Parent/Guardian can transport and be reimbursed at the New York State rate

Preschool & School Age Transportation (3yrs-21yrs)

• is provided by your home school district

Changing your address please contact:

1. Your home school district as soon as possible. (It may take up to two weeks to change transprortation.) Until this is set up you will be responsible to transport your child to and from school.
