The SMSD Media Center offers a variety of equipment and materials to support our educational programs. The center is available to teachers, staff, students and parents.

Media Center Resources and Services

• Mutimedia equipment - television monitors, VHS/DVD players, laptop computers, scanner, digital and video cameras, LCD projectors.
• Local production - high volume copier with network capability to create classroom materials, including transparencies.
• Off air recording of educational programming for classroom instruction.
• TV Studio Production - projects have included producing sign language videos for parents, signed children's stories, student news productions and a video pen pal project.
• Electronic Information System - electronic message displays are located throughout the campus to keep students, faculty, and staff informed of news, visitors, and upcoming events.
